Designed by Aga Rumaihi and developed by Plumeria Properties, Villa Maya is an exceptional luxury residence located in A'ali, Bahrain. The project was honoured with the prestigious iF Design Award 2025, recognising its outstanding architectural and interior design.
Our scope of work encompassed the complete interior fit-out, including bespoke joinery, custom-made furniture, lighting installation and meticulously crafted finishing details throughout the villa, delivering a refined and elegant living environment.

This project involved the refurbishment and enhancement of a beautifully designed standalone villa located in Tala Island, Amwaj.
The objective was to improve functionality, upgrade key architectural features and maximise the property’s sea-view potential while maintaining harmony with the prestigious Tala Island community standards.

This project involved the complete transformation of a luxury duplex penthouse located in Marina 2, Tala Island, Amwaj.
The property was fully stripped back to its core structure and comprehensively rebuilt to create a modern, high-end living environment.
